HDMA MUST receive payment by the deadlines listed below; only attendees registered by Wednesday, June 6, 2012, will be included in the conference attendee list.

Company Registration: Monday, April 16, 2012

Individual Registration: Wednesday, June 6, 2012

All invoices must be paid in full prior to receiving the final appointment schedule during the week of May 7, 2012.

HOTEL DEADLINES

The HDMA hotel group rate is $299 single/double per night (plus applicable taxes).

The deadline for hotel reservations is Friday, May 18, 2012. After this date, the hotel will determine whether or not it can accept reservations at the HDMA group rate based on space and rate availability.
